I teach the following subjects:
Graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague (Mgr., JUDr.) and the Faculty of Law of the University of Seville (Ldo.). Ph.D. obtained at the Faculty of International Relations of the University of Economics in Prague, where she has been working as an assistant professor at the Department of Corporate and European Law since 2002. After successfully defending her habilitation thesis at the end of May 2018, she was appointed associate professor of business law at the University of Economics in Prague. Between 2004 and 2008, she worked as a lawyer-linguist at the European Parliament in Brussels at the Directorate General for the Presidency. Between 2009 and 2012, she worked externally with the Court of Justice of the European Union as a lawyer-linguist. He currently teaches subjects in the field of law and EU institutions. In its domestic and foreign publishing activities, it focuses on proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union and on out-of-court dispute resolution (European Ombudsman, SOLVIT and mediation). He speaks English, Spanish, German and French.
