Born in 1975. In 2005, he graduated from the doctoral course in political science at the Faculty of Social Sciences of Charles University, where he also worked as a teacher in 2001-2005 (doctoral student, external lecturer of the subject Regional Geography and Regional Politics. Between 2001 and 2009, he was an employee of the Department of Security Policy of the Ministry of the Interior ( issues of the fight against terrorism; measures against corruption, the area of interstate police cooperation with an emphasis on its regional cross-border dimension, removing obstacles to the development of tourism; co-organizer and participant of a number of domestic and foreign conferences devoted to various aspects of law enforcement).He has been working at the Police Academy since 2010 of the Czech Republic in Prague.He is the author of several dozens of professional and popularizing articles, especially in relation to the topics of internal security.
He defended his habilitation thesis at the Police Academy in 2019 and was awarded the title of associate professor.
