She received her education in the field of psychology and work psychology at the Faculty of Arts of Charles University. For many years, she worked as an associate professor for management psychology at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Economics, and currently works in the same capacity at the University of Economics. In addition, she is the managing director of P&P Interconsult s.r.o., which provides psychological and personnel consulting. She is the author of a number of publications and textbooks focused primarily on managerial psychology and personal development and a member of the departmental council of work psychology at FFUK, in the past she also worked as the scientific secretary of the Psychological Society at the ČSAV. She won the Dilie prize for the monograph A person is looking for a person, as well as the prize of the Ministry of Education and Culture for the textbook Psychology and Sociology of Business Management. She has implemented consulting and educational activities for a number of businesses in the field of economic practice, as well as state and local administration.
