She graduated from the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague with a doctoral degree in Management and worked there as a teacher for ten years. He currently works at the University of Economics and Management, where he has been teaching subjects in the field of human resource management for a long time. In addition to academic activities, she holds the position of director of the Czech Academy of Agricultural Sciences, which, among other things, focuses on the transfer of science and research results into practice. Previously, she also worked in organizations in lower managerial positions in the financial area. She is the researcher and co-researcher of several scientific and development projects at the national and international level (European Social Fund, Visegrad Fund, Center for Economic Studies, NAZV, etc.) and is also the author of a number of scientific publications focused primarily on human resource management, strategic management, knowledge continuity management and age management. He also regularly publishes professional articles for the general public in the magazine Práce a mzda. She is a member of management institutions (e.g. the Czech Managerial Association; Member of the People Management Forum, etc.) and a member of the editorial boards of scientific journals.
