She studied Finance and Credit at VŠE, Strategic Human Resources Management at Halam University in Sheffield/MÚVS Prague, the program “The Art and Science of Coaching” at Erickson College Int., a number of other development programs at Charles University in Prague, the Prague Faculty of Psychotherapy and development programs for coaches in existential, transactional and somatic coaching. She is a member of the International Federation of Coaches with an ACC certificate. He has a number of professional managerial and consulting experiences in the field of telecommunications, finance, production, Executive Search, foreign trade, private and public sector domestically and abroad (British Embassy in Prague). She had the opportunity to work for Czech and international corporations in different phases of the company’s life cycle (start-up and change management) and thus compare the development of human potential in different economic and social environments. In the coaching profession, he mainly deals with executive coaching, talent development and career coaching (moving up the company’s organizational ladder, transfer abroad, accepting the first managerial role, etc.). Since 2000, she has been simultaneously working as an HR manager in a manufacturing company and in external coaching and mentoring in the private and public spheres. Thanks to the combination of these two professions and the possibility to alternate the roles of client and executor across the organizational structures of companies, he has a very pragmatic view of the involvement of coaching in the business sphere. He works as a lecturer at MÚVS/ČVUT (Masaryk Institute of Higher Studies) in the field of human resource management and coaching.
