Joelle Bhullar received her MBA from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire School of Business. She also attended the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, Faculty of Fine Arts, and received her BFA in 2002. Since 2008, Joelle Bhullar has been using evaluation tools to evaluate program quality and make adjustments to increase the efficiency of day-to-day operations.
As an art director, she established an in-house graphic design department for a local non-profit organization. He has experience in distance learning using online learning platforms such as Microsoft Blackboard and D2L, and in creating interactive and collaborative learning programs. Joelle Bhullar is currently working on the development of reporting and costing tools that increase efficiency in marketing and finance departments. ‘
