M.Sc. Soňa Čechová, MBA is the owner and director of the company HEZKÉ DOMY s.r.o., which is a provider of social services in Lovosice. She completed studies at the Jan Ámos Komenský University in the field of andragogy and also a management MBA study in the field of Executive MBA at the CEMI Institute. Since 2009, she has worked at the Ministry of Health in the Department of Education of Non-Medical Health Workers in the position of the Ministerial Council, when her main task was the creation of methodological and conceptual materials and recognition of the qualifications of non-medical health professions. At the same time, she worked in Naděje Comprehensive Home Care as a quality manager, where she began to focus more on health and social issues. At that time, she also started lecturing on the topic of health documentation, a nurse in social services – maintaining medical documentation, reporting health services to health insurance companies, ethics in nursing, and in 2013 she founded her own company and is engaged in business in the field of social services, where also provides consultancy to private entities. He continues to publish in professional journals, and he lectures at congresses, which he also organizes.
