He received his education at the FŽ UK in Prague (with a focus on PR and marketing) and a CSc. at PsÚ ČSAV (focus on social psychology and psychology of communication). He has extensive experience in building and managing teams and working groups within multinational companies (Shell, Contactel/TeleDanmark…) with a strong focus on meeting customer needs with high quality (QoS) while maintaining P/L responsibilities. He was able to successfully integrate the activities/processes of the commercial and technical departments with an emphasis on acquiring/maintaining customers (Customer Facing Processes), e.g. in the joint pan-European Shell-Esso project focused on EuroShell and Esso payment cards. He also founded the Customer Center for EuroShell at Shell CR/SR and participated in the selection and implementation of the CRM system and ISO certification at Contactel. He worked or works in higher education (UK, Czech Technical University and now VŠKK). He is a member of the Committee for Human Resources and the Committee for Marketing at the American Chamber of Commerce in Prague, 1.ČLTK and GC Hradec Králové. He speaks English, Russian and partly French.
