Basics of consulting and teaching work PhDr. Petra Šulce are based on university studies. History of PhDr. She taught Petra Šulce to work well with sources – to carefully search for them, thoroughly analyze them and then use them comprehensively and convincingly. Classical philology led him to the point that he should approach communication with care and zeal, and that form is usually more important than content. Thanks to pedagogy, he can use a variety of teaching methods, and psychology helps him better perceive an individual approach and balance rationality and emotionality.
The managerial practice of PhDr. Petr Šulc gained experience in multinational companies, where he led several different departments, participated in several projects related to changing the organizational structure, redesigning processes or developing a new product.
Currently, I help companies and their employees to develop, become more efficient, successful and happy at work, and I work alternately and as needed in the roles of lecturer, trainer or coach. In its educational programs, it focuses on various areas of company management (leadership and people management, company strategy, project management, process efficiency, internal company communication, etc.).
